So we have had a few weeks to rest but now the build up to the new season is year. To continue the development of the senior squad the coaches have planned some events to help us get match fit ready for the first game. Make sure you get down to the following sessions

Strength & Conditioning Training starts Thursdays 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th July @ 19:15hrs.

Team training/bbq Saturday 27th July, arrive at 1400hrs. This session will be delivered by Simon Jones, Harry Titley, Pete Weedon and Dave Viles. The day will cover “Team Attack”, “Unit Work” and “Team Run Through”. Followed by a BBQ and a few soft drinks.

Friendly games 17th & 24th August.

Rugby training 1st August onwards 1915hrs.

Let’s get as many down as possible for all sessions and if you have mate, bring them!!!!!!!!!
