We proud to announce that we have been successful in inviting the England Rugby Head Coach Eddie Jones to our club.
Eddie will be visiting us on the evening of Tuesday 26 thNovember and will be assisting with coaching our players as well as holding a question and answer session in the clubhouse. The Q&A session is strictly for rugby club members as we are restricted to numbers, and this will also be restricted to adults only (over 16yrs).
The marquee will be open during the evening and a free BBQ is kindly provided courtesy of Packington Free Range and Holland Sports Club. The itinerary for the evening is as follows:
1820hrs – Eddie arrives at Holland Sports Club, Barton under Needwood
1830hrs – Barton RFC Mini section (age groups 6-13) teams meet and commence individual training sessions. Eddie Jones to walk around and view training sessions only (opportunity for group photo)
1830hrs – Under 13’s & 15’s meet and commence training session.
Combined training session with coaches Jamie Maxwell, Lee Coton and Simon Jones (RFU CRC).
1900hrs – Eddie Jones joins in with Juniors session.
1915hrs – Seniors meet and commence training session.
1930hrs – Eddie to leave Junior session.
1945hrs – Eddie joins in with senior session. Peter Weedon will hold a training session with Simon Jones (RFU CRC).
2015hrs – Eddie to leave session
2030hrs – Holland Sports Club house, Q&A session with Eddie. Adults Only. No children to be present due to limited space and will also allow for more freedom of speech!
2100hrs - Conclude Q&A and presentation of awards
2120/2130hrs – Eddie to depart
We therefore invite all paid up members and Patrons to join us on this evening and would urge you to reserve your tickets straight away as entrance to the Q&A session is by ticket only.
In order to apply for a ticket please email bartonrufc@yahoo.co.uk. I would ask you to title your request Invite to Eddie Jones so that we identify your request straight away.
We regret that due to the minimal space available, we can only allow one FREE ticket to be available for each paid up member only. I would urge you to apply straight away as there is a high demand for tickets.
